                         Chris and I approached Nathanael at the Duluth Home and Builders Show to see if                              he had success in selling houses in our area of town.  After talking with him for a                               bit, we both knew that we had found our realtor!  Without even seeing our house,                              he demonstrated that he knew a great deal about our area and what buyers were                                looking for.  

                                Nathanael made the whole listing process easy and straightforward.  He was                                 quick in answering any questions we had and made sure, as first time home sellers,                          that we understood all the procedures. 

     He has a great ability to highlight aspects not only of the house and property but the surrounding area in the listing.  Not to mention the pictures he took of our home were magnificent!  They alone would have made us want to buy the house (had we not been selling it)! 

Nathanael did a wonderful job of communicating with us through the whole process; the listing, waiting on the inspection results and the appraisal and closing.  Even if there was nothing going on, he would still call to check in and make sure we did not have any additional questions or to reassure us that the wait time was not out of the ordinary.

                           Several years ago we moved to the Duluth, MN area where I took a job with Cirrus                               Aircraft. We decided that the best housing option for us was to buy a house.

                              We choose Nathanael Deloach  as our realtor and couldn’t be happier.
                               Nathanael’s down to earth approach to finding a house made our home search                                   very comfortable and low stress. We explained what we were looking for in a new                             home, and he was able to put together a list of homes that suited our taste before                       we were even in the area. We were able to review them online and further refine our search based on the initial list he put together. There are different neighborhoods, cities, and towns in the Duluth area, and each has their own unique characteristics. Nathanael helped us decide on several areas for us to focus on based on our family’s needs and desires. He was able to offer some great, unbiased advice to help us find a place with the best mix of the quiet of country living and city convenience.
      Nathanael also has great knowledge of how the home buying process works, and was able to help us with some of the tasks associated with buying a house like arranging inspections, working with the bank, etc. He is also well respected as a professional, and was very helpful in the negotiation process with the sellers and their agent. Finally, Nathanael also did a great job of communicating with us during the process. He went above and beyond in keeping us up to date on new listings, changes of the listings for houses that we were interested in, and the status of our offer once it was made. At the same time, Nathanael has a very low pressure approach, and definitely had our family’s best interests in mind. He made sure that we were 
well informed, but also made sure that we were comfortable in knowing that the house we chose was ultimately our decision.
     When the time came for us to move, we didn’t think twice about asking Nathanael to be our selling agent. Nathanael’s continuing knowledge of the local market helped us decide on the best listing price for our home that gave the best balance of a quick sale, but still getting us the best return on our investment. From listing to closing our sale only took 3 months, and we got the full asking price for our home! We had several issues that came up during the inspection process that needed to be addressed, and Nathanael did a great job helping us work through them. He had several recommendations for local contractors that would treat us fairly, and they did not disappoint. The added complication was that Adam had already relocated for his new job, and Nathanael did a great job of helping Katie interact with the contractors, as well as communicating the details over the phone with Adam.
     Nathanael’s integrity and communication continued through the negotiation and closing process. His friendly, no pressure demeanor was very calming to all parties in a process that can often be very
stressful. His interaction with us and the buyer’s agent was nothing short of professional, while still
looking out for our best interests as sellers. Buying or selling a house is a complicated process, and I know that ours would not have gone as well as it did without the hard work that Nathanael put in to make sure everything was proceeding smoothly.

     I would recommend Nathanael to my friends, family, and anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Duluth area!
